Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming the arrival of your item. Subsequently, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at Support@KingBuddhaCBD.com, and our team will provide you with instructions on where to send your items.
Shipping Returns
To initiate the return process for your product, please contact us at Support@KingBuddhaCBD.com, and our team will guide you on where to mail your products.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
